"Medhat is the best agent we've ever had. He is kind, friendly, well versed in insurance products, and he is an excellent advocate for his clients. He makes sure we know which endorsements are new each year so we can best plan for our needs. We recently had our air conditioning replaced after a mechanical breakdown. Thanks to Medhat's explanation of new products, we had opted to add an endorsement that would cover those types of mechanical replacements under certain circumstances. Originally the claim was denied and we were quite frustrated by the handling of the situation by claims representatives. Medhat went above and beyond and advocated for us directly with the claims reps, and he managed to help get our denial overturned. This would not have been possible without Medhat's tremendous care and concern. At times, State Farm can be frustrating (like any insurance company), but a great agent is what makes working with a company worth it.
